Trends and Innovations Zone

For more than 10 years now, SIAL events have been a springboard for manufacturers to demonstrate and communicate on food innovations. Whether visitors are from retailing or the catering profession, the Trends and Innovations Zone provides a unique opportunity to discover, all the concepts and innovations launched worldwide and to decipher new consumer trends.

Powered by SIAL Paris, the feature presented products never seen before in the Middle East and showcasee a range of the 50 products selected by the SIAL Paris jury as well as the top products selected at SIAL China and SIAL Canada.

Trends and Innovations was also the theme for day three of the Middle East Food Summit, the conference running alongside the SIAL Middle East exhibition.
