Eng. Mustafa Salma is the Food Safety specialist in Regulation & Standards Div. in Abu Dhabi Food ‎Control Authority (ADFCA). Before assuming his current roles at ADFCA, Mr. Salma was Director for ‎Post-harvest Technology Division in Ministry of Agriculture. Previously, he had worked with NGOs ‎such as Austrian North-South Institute and Danish Regional Agriculture programs.‎

He has received bachelor degree in Agriculture Engineering in Food Science from University of ‎Jordan 1995. Through his experience from working in the Food Safety and his attendance of ‎numerous trainings and workshops, he has an extensive knowledge of Food Safety and food ‎regulations. ‎
